General Body Meetings

1st GENERAL BODY MEETING HELD ON 06.02.2021:
As per the minutes... Sri Satish Patangay as per letter dated 15.02.2021.

2nd GENERAL BODY MEETING HELD ON 25.07.2021:
EC vacancies filled. Satish, Kesav Kumar, and Malabika Sarkar continued.

3rd GENERAL BODY MEETING HELD ON 19.02.2023:
EC term ended. Mr. M.S. Mallikharjuna Rao became President.

4th ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING HELD ON 15.08.2023:
EC reviewed activities and celebrated Independence Day with snacks.

5th ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING HELD ON 19.10.2024:
Reviewed maintenance and finances. Ended with family get-together and lunch.

6th. GENERAL BODY MEETING HELD ON 26.04.2025

The EC under President Mr. M.S. Mallikharjuna Rao completed its term. New EC elected under guidance of Sri Sreedhar garu.

Smt. Narmada Mallikarjun, nominated board member of SCB, attended.

Mr. Ramesh (ACP) and Mr. Nagaraju (CI) joined the meeting.

Our Values

Developments During 2021–2022

  1. 2016: Mrs. Subha garu initiated park development; spent ₹1 lakh.
  2. 2021–2023: Park developed under Satish Patangay’s leadership.
  3. Mr. Sandeep raised funds for benches, lighting, and sports facilities.
  4. Sandeep, Ram Laxman, Naveen, Subha, and Sreedhar donated generously.
  5. Shyam Prasad donated 50 plants and funded activities.
  6. Sreedhar supplied water until park connection was secured.

Achievements from March 2023 Onwards

  1. Park water connection on 27.06.2023.
  2. Street light fixed on 05.10.2023 (Plot 151–153 area).
  3. Monitored unknown persons; ensured police patrolling.
  4. Temporary drainage cleared near Plot 153–154.
  5. Street lights replaced as needed.
  6. Bush cutting follow-up with Cantonment.
  7. Assisted in election polling slip distribution.
  8. Regular cleaning and fogging ensured.
  9. Addressed water overflow, installed ball cocks.
  10. Dog vaccination and Covishield drive conducted.
  11. Speed breakers and traffic signals installed.
  12. Swachhata Hi Seva programme held on 27.09.2024.
  13. Street signboards installed; cement poles removed.
